I signed up last night, still haven't got an email from them. My acount is Gold

I also tried going to that graal tech support site so I can submit a ticket, but when I signed up, they too did not send me an email

Check your spam folder. If this fails, Then try to PM a global on the forums, Specifically Stefan, unixmad, or Ibonic.
