Just personal opinion's needed...
Which one of these houses looks more "zelda 3'ish?"

The second, simply because of the roof ]:

I like them both, but the one on the right is closest to Zelda 3.

Hmm, didn't explain too well. Well obviously the second is more like Zelda 3 because it was basically the template for it. What I meant is, if you were playing a "Zelda 3'ish" server, which would do you think would look better on it?

The second one looks better overall. Roof looks better and the color choices are better.

I like the siding and door on the first, bu the roof on the right is way more kick ass.

Try combining the door and window styles from the left one with the wall and roof of the left one.

Well what I wanted was to make some tiles that were completely new, but still when you played them you never felt separated from the 'Zelda' feel, that you could still relate yourself to Zelda, but just in a fresher, new experience.
Anyways, how's something like this work?

The house is rounded at the ends but not on the roof. The house from zelda also has 8 sides.

Ya, purely a stylistic choice really, either way it wouldn't cause any structural problems. Also, I don't really want to replicate Zelda or Graal, just make it so if someone is playing the server, they'll think Zelda.
O.o I don't see the similarities at all.

Personally, I prefer the left. But, as always... The one that was a direct rip off of Zelda does look more like a direct rip off of Zelda.
