Lights disabled

Let's try this again without it being moved...
Even with lights disabled, lights in gani's seem to still show.
Particles still show on the Login screen for Graal, like the lamp.
And I dunno, but perhaps GUI's transparency should be disabled if lights are, or just add an option for it along with the others.

These options do not really disable the light effects or particles; instead they are just option switches that scripts can read so that scripters can easily let people decide whether or not to use their particle or light effects. They won't really do anything if scripts are ignoring them, though.

They used to actually disable lights, and they do... at least all the lights scripted in the game. If I go on Era or such I don't see any lights, day/night is disabled and so on(same when I'm in the editor), when I have them disabled. If I go on Zone or Kingdoms, I still see lights from the sun and torches and so on, because the lights are scripted in the gani's.

They do not forceably disable any of the features in Graal 4. On Era, the scripts are written to check if the user has selected those options.

The editor is Graal 2, and probably still has the old option where lights are forceably disabled.

Well that's kind of a dumb change... just kind of adds an unneeded amount of checking on the scripters part, and inconvenience on the players part for anyone who doesn't do the check for every single light effect.
