80's playerworld.
 

Well, as you may have guessed from the title, this is going to be an 80's playerworld.
The tileset we are using can be seen below and I am sorry, but we have no screenshots yet as we are just starting off.

We do, however require some staff, these are as follows:

3 NAT's
2 GAT's
2 LAT's

I know it's a big request but hopefully many will reply to me for this job. The server is run by dedicated staff, such as myself, Codein and one other un-named associate.

Our ideas include such things as follows:

A car system.
Possibly guns.
A wide variety of money making opportunities.
There will be different modes of transport I.e Trains, planes.

More to come in the future...

Sounds like a sweet idea, but aren't some of those tiles stolen, or recolored?

We have permission to use them from the person that made them, Sage_Shadowbane. He works for the server, we also had his permission to edit them as we need.

The server name is still yet to be changed as it was an old server. So no word as of yet, and Tom, the 80's were the days of flares and afros =]

No, the afros basically came out from the 70's during the Disco Era.. It also was out in the 60's but not as much as 70's.

You took sage's tileset and made it brighter, it looks so horrible now.

Well for the style we are going with, the original tileset was too dark. I am sorry it is not to your liking, however.

80s player world sounds like an excuse to make another modern player world. You won't have enough material from that one theme to develop a unique player world.

The 80's was a time of bad music, bad style, and pretty much nothing exciting going on in the world.

Packing all of this into a playerworld is sure to be loaded with all the fun of...uh....yeah.
