Light/particles bug

Even with lights/particles/weather disabled in the options, the light effects still show in the sign-in screen of Graal, and smoke from torches on Kingdom's show as well.

Thats not really a bug. You just cant disable all of the lighteffects on Graal. Well atleast someone once said its not a bug ;[

O.o why was this moved to kingdom bugs?
And I'd say it's a bug, if there's an option to disable lights, it should disable all light effects.

I guess all light scripts should check whether that option is disabled.
