So, what's up with being able to be killed in no-pk areas?

I was in one of the haunted houses and this guy was able to attack me with magic, but I wasn't able to attack him? He was using some kind of glitch or something. Anyway to report these people?

Actually, he repeatedly abused it on me.

His name was Zedekiah, I believe.

Edit: Nevermind, I always thought haunted houses were safe.

Haunted house are not non-pk-areas as Ed said. Perhaps you are too weak for the other guy or he has a perfect armour and you can't break it.

Zedekiah is pretty easy to kill. It's fun to fight with him.

Zedekiah has attacked me many times but he always run's away in the end.

If he keep's killing you just go pmode untill your skills and stats get better.

If he keeps PKing you, Give someone a shout and 8 times out of 10. They'll put a stop to it.
