Once you die, you're warped to the hospital. However, if you were to die in the level of the island [on the bridge] or greater than that level [south of that position!] the location has changed! You're warped to Southridge hospital.

Very nice.

I'd also like to add that you now gain deaths from LMS aswell. So no more of those lame free kills >:0
