A friend needs help...
 

Ok, one of the players I know (Bimo_pro) has been using his acc "56118" because somehow his password got out to a few players, and he's not sure how. He doesn't have access to his old email account, so he can't change his password either. So I told him to put in a support ticket (but he's french and speaks little english) so he didn't really understand me...So I decided I would do this instead, to help him out. He logged off before I could ask him what his email is for Bimo_pro, but I'm sure the ip's of acc "56118" and "Bimo_pro" could be looked at, and shown that it is infact his account. (I think he hasn't been able to get on the account for about 2 weeks or so...)

He needs his email changed to that address.

Emails can't be changed without proof of ownership. I suggest he go here if he's currently gold or VIP. If he has an active gold or VIP he can do an email change here

Really though, no one keeps there order id numbers. IP's cant be checked? I think "Bimo_pro" is just Gold...I had my email changed without proof of ownership... x-x

You guys have a pretty (i'll say crappy) system of doing things, if that's really all you can do to help out. I really hope your not a global if thats the effort you guys put into helping players out. -_-
