Boats/docks and layering
5 Attachment(s)
Several times people have complained about boats, well nothing has been done. So I've been trying to get screenshots of these problems. Take your screenshots and post them here, show staff thats wrong with boats so we can get them fixed. (Pirates this should be your area of expertise)
**Uploaded files There is a picture of the following attached Stuck inside a boat, boat stuck on dock, boat layering failure, boat gani failure, and then one of how you can only turn in 90 degree angels. **What else I know of that needs to be fixed - Boats can get too close to each other somehow and get stuck forgood - horses swim when they should walk on the dock - pets destroy ships and don't wait in the cargo hold like npc's do - bomies, ice, nails, treeseeds, food, and other items in the water stop ships (explain to me how a small treeseed floating in the water stops a large boat) - shipyard gates never close after x-amount of time - lookout seat fails to work correctly after someone turns the ship |
The boats should be able to turn at 360 degree angle, like the cars on Era, its more realistic this way. Not hard to do either

** Uploaded files This is a nice screenshot of how you can get stuck UNDER the dock, when it should just auto/unstick you to the reset point on land. |

As far as i know you can only get on the wall inside the boat if you are on the sail when you go into new land. So if you know how it works you know how to stop it

Spending a lot of time on boats i've seen a lot of these bugs. And more. Like when you apear to be off the boat but still sailing. And when you suddenly come off the wheel for no reason. These things really complicate boat battles.
And somtimes when you go from 1 gmap to another. You stay on the deck of the boat. I think this should be the case all the time. |
