Erm, Era?
 

First of all, I have to admit i'm no longer the keenest player of Graal though it is a fun game to support, develop & play.

So once I had finished all my work I had to do, I logged on to Graal just to see that Era had a reset.

This aggravated me because I remember a while back that when the Christmas special VIP packs came out I bought it wasting $44 (atleast so it seems now) just to see Era reset consequently me losing all my Bulldog CZs and other rare items from the special subscription.

Is there a way to regain my weapons that I purchased with REAL money? Or is it too late?

Is it possible to buy these items somewhere in game?

I'm not sure what the specific details regarding this situation are, as I do not play Era, however I hope that Graal isn't accidentally becoming an indirect third party to a money scam. :rolleyes:

I hope not too, however I do believe their account system allows them to see what account types people have e.g. Xmas special and stuff.

So if there is an account specialist reading now, please get in contact with me. I would like my things back.

It's not intentional I'm sure. It's a communication issue. Graal probably only talks to Era for things like that, and Era no longer needs to talk back to get a reset (I assume they did it themselves)!

No one probably even thought of it. Technically everyone who had it should get it back, but it'll be hard to prove and kinda defeats the purpose of a reset if on day 1 people are getting killed by all the 'special weapons'.

Still, you did pay for it. But they will probably wip out:

I still think you should get SOMETHING. But it'll require manual re-adding I think. Interesting point though.

Thanks for the legal quote, makes things a little bit more understandable but that sounds like a quote towards the payment issues like using PayPal or making a safe payment as it goes to talk about it's subcontractors, or is that talking about other payers for playerworlds?

I know you're no longer a high ranked staff of Graal but if you could get me in contact with anyone administrating Era that'd be good. It annoys me because that was quite literally my christmas present at the time, I remember it.

PS: Even if Era was originally owned and paid for by someone else, wouldn't it be under the ownership of graal because it now being hosted Classic?

Servers have their own management of items, so it's hard to manage readding items in each case. The price was not raised for the xmas items package either, so it was kind of free. It is possible however to just readd the era items again, if the weapons still exist on the server.

Well presuming they still exist under NPC Items in RC, can't we have them re-added?

I purposely upgraded for those items, technically i'm buying the game and the items even if it is inclusive in the price.

Anyhow, Stefan replied so I guess I don't need to say anything else! But does Era have a website / admin that's on so you can get the message to the manager? Not sure, good luck with it.

I'll check with another admin and then if you message me in-game I'll hit you up with something. It probably won't be Bulldog CX's because I'm making a new UI for them and re-releasing them but it'll probably be something that's limited to VIP's only (if you still have VIP time).

Era has all global tags disabled apart from VIP tag, so I could easily make a gun that's locked to the VIP tag.

I'm reluctant to give out something that isn't tag locked because as you said, we've just reset and all the guns that are currently released are lower tier, whereas the VIP gun would obviously be higher tier, so there could be an issue with it in that respect.

That's bull cause i upgraded to Gold/VIP which ive gained those guns. But when my time ran out i just upgraded to gold.The gun should be VIP Tag locked and the gun should be placed somewhere so people can buy it who has VIP tag.
