I'm not expecting you all to take this idea seriously, its more of a 'wouldn't this be cool' then an actual practical idea.

Anyways imagine that if you ran out of ammo but you are absoloutely cool at melee fighting. You can still ship battle.

You can load yourself into a cannon and fire it at the enemy ship, land and attack the crew. Course if you miss... instant death.

It is a positive thing for both melee and ship bound players.
If you are skilled in the art of sailing you could potentially kill the crews of ships by being swift with your controls. Where as melee players can, if timed correctly, land on ships and destroy them.

No it wouldnt be cool. Btw, why do you even post that? The "lazy staff" wouldnt realise it anyways lol.

The key would be in mixing the gunpowder.

I would imagine that, even if you did manage to somehow land on the deck without brutal injury, you would still lose your legs from the knee down due to the explosion.

No it wouldn't. You'd get glitched or put into areas you're not supposed to go into.
