Here's the real New boat Idea.
 

What if GK made it so you can upgrade your boats. Like in a house where you can make different levels and edit it. So you actually have your own boat. Here's a design of one I'm working on.

That's actually very, very good.

Good graphics but if everyone could make permanent (or at least as permanent as houses) ships then we're going to end up with a lot of ships.

i kind of like the boat idea, but i still think anyone in the pirate kingdom should be able to throw a rope onto another boat from a boat and swing on.

however, that would be crap as you cannot then sink them if they perminent.

I actually want to be able to build battleships.

The idea of battleships has came up before. People said have more cannons on the boat but that will take out all the skill of boat battling and all the people who are really good at boat battling now will not like it.

But getting the staff to actually build this ship and upload it is another challenge. We've gave them ideas on how to do it, some players even submitted graphics personally to staff team.

It would be cool having that ship gfx, a little door at the back where you can deploy rowboats. It looks a lot like a frigate should.

howerver we shud hav shiopyards or sumthing to put ur boats in or wer gunna crowd the seas 0.o and these ships shudnt b destroyed, only damaged thas a good idea tell me wat u think of it :D

I like this idea if we could limit who can control these boats to a certain rank in a kingdom.

if people (staff) were willing make these itd be great...

lots of different ship types, a rowboat, a battle ship, a 'ferry' or merchant ship with high hp (or whatever) but no firepower, hell even a house boat

look up the entire boat and make it bigger and post the actual image in here so we can just get a cheap NPC copy and get it done faster. The less work staff have to do, the more likely it becomes.

It looks nice, but you need to take into mind ... can anyone build these boats?
Say player A has one boat, player B has another, player CBK has the coolest of course. CBK blows up both A & B obviously. Maybe they could go to a kingdom ship building, and they could build their ship for like 100 boards, maybe more. The ship building could be in the kingdom docks ...
But then what happens if someone leaves that kingdom to join another? Is their boat transferred or do they have to resubmit it?
Bottom line, even if we could get this, staff would never be able to do it. They're too lazy to even upload house levels, let alone dozens of boats and write a new script.
Also as someone said, this would take all the skill out of ship battles. There are a lot of people really good at it, and they won't like this at all.

That is a extremely good idea! I think rather than having to upgrade your ship, there should be something like a ship crafting table... The battleships should take the most supplies to make, then the houseboat... The house boat should have the highest HP or even infinite (use the same constitution of a house) because person A will not like person B and person B has more cannons therefore person B will sink A's house boat. :P Either way, it would be really cool... You should also make it so that nobody can be captain of the houseboat but the owner.. It would be annoying to have to run around and look for your house everyday. :P
