When my classic subscription expires will all my hours be cleared and will my NPC's be gone, or will I just not be able to get on it till I pay again?

Classic subscription never expires. You will be able to visit all "classic" servers anytime you want. :)

Define Classic subscription. If you're upgraded to Classic status (I didn't know you could), then I would assume it would act like a trial account again when the subscription expired, but would save all stats so when you reupgraded, you'd pick up right where your subscription expired (so, no the stats wouldn't be reset, only suspended).

If you mean you were a gold member, and your gold account expired, you'll have unlimited Classic, meaning you can play Classic servers restriction free.
