Just to make it official inc ase anyone hasn't noticed my absence over the last three months or so,

I'm gone from GK.


It was good while it lasted, for the year and a half or so I played it. Hopefully someone can elarn from it's mistakes and bring something out of the ashes. Hopefully Draenin.

Wow gk's population is dropping like flies.

Draw an accurate representation in the form of a graph of average users per week. Then you will truely see if GK's "population" is indeed dropping or not.

Indeed. I mentioned this in another thread - I would like to see someone foreign of the Graal Administration collect statistics regarding GK's weekly population and present the facts.

I've suggested Googi with little response. >_<

Virtually impossible. At most I could do something like check at the same time every day.

Be cool if you could generate a graph for individual servers at http://statistics.graal.us/server/graphs

Loriel wrote a script to get the number of players that are on 2K2. We could write a PHP script that would access Loriel's script and store the number it gives us, then cron the script to run once an hour. But we would need someone with access to a webserver that lets you cron PHP scripts.

Gk came out after P2P...

Infact Valikorlia was out way before P2P. Pretty sure Maloria was out before Era because Maloria had the first big-noticable classic server custom tileset. Zodiac is far after Era.. about 4 years later.

I wasn't sure because I wasn't there maaaannnn so I put them on top of one another. I know that playercount--; when it came out, though. Then again its not like it has anything to do with the far right side of the graph which is why I made it in the first place, but hey
