Ok, I decided to keep my spyware software and instead installed the DLL in the folder. Now I get this error - what do I now?

There are other not-buggy anti-spyware tools x-x

This is the only bug I've come across so far with Microsoft Defender. Perhaps you can help me fix it though - you know more about this stuff than I do.

I got this message when I tried running Graal or the RC after I installed the latest MSN Messenger or "Windows Live Messenger".

Is there no other method you can use for opening links?

Weird, only when you click a link? You are using Firefox I hope?

Yes, only when I click a link from Graal - and yes, I am using Firefox.

Its windows defender if your using it STOP! But really Windows Defender gets really wacky with DLLs and will cause more issues then its worth. If your not using windows defender im not too sure maybe some other anti-virus / anti-spyware try disabling it then clicking on a link.

I got this problem before, but I installed a program called Windows Care
or something like that (Can't remember) and it fixed many errors like that dll error, Graal worked after first scan for me :O

I would really like if this could be looked into, having that window pop up all the time irritates me even if it doesn't crash Graal since I can't close the pop-up without closing Graal with it.

You get an error but it is still starting Graal?

For me I only get the error when I click a link in Graal... like in a profile. However, I can only click "Ok" and when I do it closes Graal immediately.

Yes I can use Graal just fine if I leave the thingy open, if I press OK in the error window or close it, then Graal closes immediately.

Windows Defender is only messing things up on applications that use an older version of the Visual C++ Runtime. Why don't you just link the newer runtime and rebuild Graal, Stefan? x_x
