Unable to log on or update
 

I've downloaded the Graal 4 client just last night and after recalling my logon details after all this time, I try to log on. After a while the server list shows and I try to connect to a server and it does nothing at all. Zero activity. I figured maybe I needed to look at the update tab and so I click on that, only for it to pop up with levels and graphics updates downloading... which consequently stop downloading after perhaps 20 seconds and just sit at however many kb has been downloaded.

Any help?

That is happening each time you login? Do you see files in your "updatepackages/" folder? Please also post your graal4console.log.

I can now logon and update, though it's very slow (despite being on a 3.5mb connection). Once I get in game however, everything's practically frozen. I wouldn't exactly call it lag, rather I don't get any data at all - after perhaps 5-7 minutes of this I usually get disconnected.

The website and forums are loading fast?

Not a problem loading anything else. I can play WoW and other internet games without issue.
