Why is the screen shot thing now working, it says something about the MSVCR80.dll isnt found, how do I fix this?

Try uninstalling Windows Defender.

If that works and you are up to it, try re-downloading Windows Defender from Microsoft's site to see if it still happens (wondering if only an outdated version causes the problem or if it happens with the newest).

Weird, the error with MSVCR80.dll only happens when doing the screenshots (Alt+2) ?

Uninstall windows defender or download that dll to your graal folder
