Part of the rules on Graal Kingdoms:

OTHER ILLEGAL AND BANNABLE OFFENSES INCLUDE:

- Selling, buying, advertising items, or accounts for real money on Graal
Kingdoms, or any other Graal
Online service/server.

- Using bugs to get advantages.

- Advertising or trading any kind of items or accounts from or for other online
games.


But I see these things happening almost everyday and I see no one getting warnings or banned for it.

Contact a GP in game to report such things, please.

There are a lot of other such rules. As far as I understand, they're more for auxiliary. Minor little offenses generally aren't a problem - with reference to USDing, however I believe the current administration is very strongly against bug abuse, etc.
