Esteria, hiring LAT, GAT and GANI-makers!
Hello community!
Esteria™ is in need of LATs, GATs and GANI-makers. Before going into details about what to make and who to contact, I will tell something about the future plans of our development:

Scripting will be done by myself, since I want everything organized and fresh-looking, and I also like to know how everything is set-up, so that if there are bugs, I can fix them quick. What needs to be scripted? Well, the only thing we still need to do, is scripting jobs, see if there are bugs and fix them, and script the shopping system. After that I will focus on levels probally, and hire a NAT to do the simple stuff, as in later bug fixes, or little adds in levels.
- Levels:
The Levels team will basically need to work on the gmap, and sometimes a few insides. I, myself, prefer that the insides are being done by Angelu. He has a realy good feeling for them. Tho, if I find a very good LAT, he/she may work on insides aswell.
- Ganis:
The GANIs team will probally gani the custom bodies (which are going to be done by the graphics team), the baddies (which will be realistic, like spiders, bears, wolves, etc). Also they will need to gani new weapons that are submitted by players, or are made by the graphics team. Perhaps there's more to gani, but I can't think of anything now ;)
- Graphics:
The Graphics team’s tasks will be; gfxing spell effects (eg. light effects, like a water ball, or fire ball.. etc.), gfxing parts of the custom bodies (eg. Arms, different hair styles, and so on), gfxing armors, that you see actually on the custom bodies (so, all sprites). Angelu, our Admin, and maker of the tileset doesn’t like it if you use too many colors in your pallet, so please don’t.
What needs to be in your application?
For being a LAT: Make 1 inside, and 1 outside. Get the tileset by logging on Esteria, and use the script code (offline in editor):

to load the tileset.
For being a GANI-maker: Make 2 ganis, which the concepts of, are made up by yourself.. this can be an animation the players character does or something simple.. the gani (1 of them) should take about 0.8 seconds to play, and the other can be a sword slash or something, ask me online for the spritesheat’s name.
For being a GAT: Make tiles for a building (these tiles don’t have to be on the correct place on the tileset, it can just be a small image), which.. even if we don’t hire you (because of other stuff being bad), we may use in our game. Make a light effect for a waterball spell, if you can NOT make light effects, you can design another building (which we can also use if we like it).

First of all, I’d like to mention that your tryout has to be zipped (*.zip or *.rar filename). To make it easy for us to see which file is who’s, name your file, tryout_GAT/LAT/GANI_ACCOUNT.zip/rar. Please include a text file, where your account, ip, email and nickname are listed, so if you pass, we can immediatly add you and bring you the great news.
For LAT and GANI’s you may send in your application to Contiga (acct: contiga), or to Angelu (acct: Shakram).
For GAT you may send in your application to Angelu (acct: Shakram).
