Mules
 

Okay, this started when I was talking to Bjorn, wondering if I'd be able to script something for GK. He said to 'try my luck' and script something that GK would like. After some debating, I got an idea: mules.

Mules would follow you as horses do, but they would have a bag over them, for carrying items. Because carrying weight is a lot of work, the more weight they carry, the more they will need to eat. They should carry a maximum of maybe 2000 kilos, or maybe less. It would be nice if they had their own pet cave and grew up just like horses do. However, you would not be able to ride mules, as they're for storing items, not players.

This would make mining a lot easier, as instead of carrying so many items, you could have your mule carry it all for you! Comments?

If everyone likes this, I will talk to Bjorn, and see if I can script it.

Here's a simple idea: Make a player-tracker. If you select someone, it points the way to them (granted they're on the same level/gmap)

Well, pets do get on my nerves, expecially now that the kids in Bomboria post them outside of Bomborias Trade Center. But I guess Graal Kingdoms can always use something new and useful. I guess it would be pretty cool. Like a mini house, except you dont have to run all they way through the dungeon just to get to it :D

Just make it so they don't die as quickly, and make it so they don't lag like crap.
And when you get RC, fix the %#&!@ peg script. I've been after Stefan for two years to optimize that laggy piece of Choupa droppings.

I wouldnt mind mules, but yeah another pet....

Why not make saddle bags for the horses. Just to hold some weight, and to give horses more use than better transportation for slow people?

Adding Mules is good idea for storing stuff... but if you log off someone can just steal your mule like a horse and you lose what ever you leave with it.
You no alot of people wouldnt be smart enough to unload the bag every time they log.
