Crisis LATs
 

Hi. I'm in need of LATs. This server doesn't exist yet, as I haven't paid for it, because 90% of all content will actually be developed before the server is ever activated. (I have the money in an envelope right now waiting to be used, actually.) Anyway, if you'd like to help me out by assisting me with filling in this map, I'd be grateful. I will not likely accept many LATs after the content has gone up, so be aware.

(And yes, I know about the tile errors in the southwest portion. Also, the island in the northeast is supposed to be a glacier, but time constraints suck.)

Draenin is this about the idea thing over AIM. :O If so I hope you get it done. The name fits perfectly. I'll be playing. ;D

It is, but everything will be done before I pay for the server, with one exception - scripts.

=o Well, like I said on AIM. If I feel confortable with the developement of Stone Henge like very well into the gmap I'll help you.

Could you give us a hint to what this server will be about?

I suggest re-cliffing some of the cliffs though, but that's just me.

Well, I am purposely trying to be vague about it.

What I can tell you is that there will be a primary focus on PvE instead of PvP, and an actual storyline based solely around quests. About 6 races with 4 derivatives each, and a class system using elements not yet used by any server I can give good examples of. If anything, I am not aiming for this to be the best server out there or anything of that nature, but rather one quite different from what has been done thus far.



Also, Malinko, if you would, let this stand, as it's probably one of the few ways I may recieve help on it.

Oh, the map is awesome. I like it a lot.

I understand about the vague description, because the idea should be kept original, but private.

About the thread, with the rules, I have no problem with the thread existing here. I don't have power over it. I just stated it because if someone choses to close and/or delete this thread, now the reason is known. I just wanted to warn a friend.

Well, right now, I have the money in my hand, but it will not be used until everything that needs to be done beforehand is done. Wasting time is wasting my money, and I don't want that to happen, so the world will be ready to go before anyone even sets foot on it online. Now, if you'd like me to add more detail, I can do that, but not enough to where I give everything away. ;]

Right now, I have the promised help of Crono whenever he gets some free time, and in the meantime, I am going to be readying portions of the world map with simplistic landmarks until detail revisions are ready to be done, hence the very boring cliffs and whatnot.

Crono belongs to me for a bit. You can have him after. ;);)

Anyway, I don't exactly need GATs at the moment, because I'm doing things backwards and not making a tileset until after the maps are done.
