((Graal4 || RC) && Other MMORPG) == asplode
1 Attachment(s)
Pardon the thread title--I'm a nerd and proud of it.
Whenever I play another MMORPG that I love dearly, it works fine. However, when I try to load up Graal4 or RC2 with this MMORPG running in the background, I get an illegal operation error. Attached is the logfile generated from that error. |
Damn MS.

Actually it's not MS, but the program nProtect. It appears that any MMORPG that uses the anti-hack program nProtect won't allow Graal or RC to run. I'm not sure why nProtect is doing this or what exactly it doesn't like about these programs. Maybe Stefan should look into it and figure out exactly what nProtect doesn't like about Graal4 and RC2? |
Well we use special packagers for making the exe smaller. May be that program doesn't want stuff like that. It doesn't want any 'suspicisous' programs running while the 'protected' game is running I guess.

I think graal is stealing our passwords :O *j/k*

nprotect auto closes graal and RC.

Though, that's right, it is nProtect, just noticed that. |
Same thing happens on Gunbound (not an mmorpg), nprotect just closes programs such as RC and Graal since it doesn't know what they are. Nprotect is used mostly on azn mmo's and such so they don't know what the hell Graal is.
Thank god. |
