Best Tileset Maker
 

Hey guys,
Who here would you say is the best classic-style tileset maker?

Um. In my own thinking there's no such thing as making a classic tileset. The classic tileset is already made. Pics1.png or whichever you prefer. Reword this so I understand it better. :( I'll do it for you just explain what you need.

I know that I'm the best Classic GFX...but Classic Tilesets? Never tried :)

paint or not...You have to pixel classic style...you can't do it somehow else.

classic style as in zelda 3 style, classic graal style, not 3D, modern or futuristic, and with the same pespective and bit-design, not something like the old 8-bit games.

Lol, not really. It has diagonal edges, but isn't diagonal itself. Big difference.

Well considering I redid some of the current tiles that are in the tileset... I guess it would have to be me... just a shot in the dark though.

Not saying I'm the best... just saying you know... I made the tiles. >_<

Btw, in the news tonight Koni died in a car accident when he crashed into Elk who was wasted from the night before. Sad story.. Elk was in no pain soon he jumped out of the car and watched Koni die. He then took Koni's paint brush from his burnt up car and decided to draw ;)

Haha, believe me, I'm not proud of those tiles. Like I've said before... they were originally meant only to be used on 2k1, but Stefan used them as the default tileset replacement. Not my decision, let me assure you.

I'm not one of those people who thinks they suck at art... but I'm always embarassed at anything that I made over a year ago. (every year, lol)

Oh and I'm not dead, my gold account expired so I can only post once per day, or every 8 hours, or whatever... I don't really see much of a reason to reupgrade right now... Once my 2k1 revision is out, I'll probably have a seperate website and forums for it... which means I don't have to worry about the posting restrictions anyway... also since Bomy Island will be on the classic list, I'll be able to play it without upgrading. :D
