You are asking for hirings as staff, I guess. Best way to become staff is by showing your talents in the case you would like to become staff: e.g. as GFX staff show the community your skills in the develope forum.
To bug staff in game is not the best way at last. Try to help and show staff that you are good skilled and responsible. |
