Enable Fireworks for 4th of July

Its coming up really soon. I was pulling out my piles of fireworks saved up for this, and I was going to test them, it gives me a messege "only on new year". May we please have fireworks enabled for the fourth of july? I want to celebrate my nation's birthday in style. Thank you.
