Its not the item were talking about. He is a gang leader and ex-staff member he should set a good example, know what he does? He uses his bow and shoots over walls and damages people watching the spar. The other screenshot if you look he is droping caltrops on the door so the next people to come in get damaged.

I agree with the shooting arrows at people trying to watch. I'll see what we can do to fix that.

How about we finally set up a system to keep segments of a level nopk? I'll research it if you let me.

You'd have to completely rescript the pk system. There is currently no function to remove the playerkilling from a person using the default system.
