Skills say 'PASSIVE' in big letters at the bottom of the description.
'how do i use <skill>?'
'why does this skill say passive?'
'i cant use this skill why doesnt it work!!'

Or how about people just go to dictionary.com?

It'd be cool if, in the Graal options, there were widgets which could link to webpages... but I can see that being abused with wannabe "graunches" or even the "original".

In such a situation though, I fear they wouldn't click the dictionary. They're unlikely even to click the word if it lead to a help pane.
