It is really pissin me off, yesturday, i got killed 10 times tryin to move my car. Today I got killed 20+/- times trying to do car missions. I think we should be at least invunerable in cars so we can stop this b/s. I go to drop off a person some lamer comes up, kills me i drop 100$ of earned cash

The damage you do to someone when you hit them should be greater or you should take 1/4dmg when you are in a car.

i got a parking ticket because i got killed and had to go off i dont really feal like working at all

Cars aren't made for fighting.
You can outrun players, you can outrun bullets. So I don't see how you can die in a car unless you're afk or driving into bullets on purpose.

If somebody tries to kill you just drive away.

When do you decide to whip out the ATM card? On the first date?

Seriously though, PKing on Era is terrible, use ATMs often.

When they ask me to go pick someone up at the hospital for a mission it is almost a guaranteed death.

What's hilarious, is this kid has practically no skill in maneuvering his car. So he's a car lamer's dream. He got stuck inbetween the hideaway healing room enterance and a few people rav5 lamed him for about 20 minutes while he tried to get his car.

It all comes down to the fact that era is a PK fest. Leaving the hospitall is bad, but the main areas are too. Untill era does a bit to curb this, there's always going to be similar problems :\

Invunerable in cars is probably the worst idea I have ever heard. Not only will it be another way for people to run, it is also lame considering you can hit people -with- your car. Take Hachi's advice, get to know ATM machines and why would you walk around with 100 dollars anyway? That's your own fault that you lost it. Suck it up, it happens.

I personally hate everyone being equal. Era isn't fun if you don't have something to show off for your time being here. When there are 10,000 businesses that sell the same thing and are offered to the same people and you see 20 of the same weapon old Era at unbelievable levels held from average players, that's bad. A lot of things that you see that you probably don't have (businesses, gang weapons) took a lot of pursuading from Demisis, Sean, Mange and me.

Era was always about competition. It's bad when newcomers play Era for a month and already have everything, so they leave and claim to be oldbies.

Yes, there is this little thing we like to call reading comprehension. If you had it you would notice I suggested only taking half damage, not complete invulnerability.

what im saying about me gettin stuck and gettin 10 deaths trying to move car is that i hate how once your stuck u r getting shot, plus i hate that when u r driving u can get hurt 1/2 damage would be an exellent fix

The pker ownt you, get over it. Invulnerable cars are a bad idea, if anything you should have a chance to get blown up if a bullet hits the gas tank. If your mission is the hospital, don't go or learn to drive.

You can normally type "end mission" if you get a mission that you don't like.
I can imagine that it is annoying to get killed while in car and then need to fight to get back into the car, don't know a simple solution though.

I can see both sides, but I'm going to go with no less damage or any advantages for the driver. The car does like what 18 damage on a direct hit or something? I don't want to see people pking in cars. Sorry, you need to learn to drive faster or find "cool" zones where the fighting is less intense.

wrong charlie it still does 20 on a direct hit, its pretty hard though since people can easily dodge a car though (we need faster cars lol)

Waste of thread man. Dying in a car is as natural on Era as noobs are on UN: You WILL die and the noobs WILL show up. Get over it. If you dont like dying, then play at a time when ppl arent on say 11 o'clock (CST)...

Stefan, a simple solution would be to reduce a fourth to half of the damage when a person is in the car...I mean wouldnt a big hunk of metal atleast reduce the damage a little bit? x_x
