VIP Webhosting Error
 

I am seeing this error when I try to login to the VIP webhosting service on another account.

Im getting this also, the mysql.inc file for MySQL on graal.net needs to be altered im guessing, due to the error message.

Try setting up a Support Ticket for the Bugs department, it will probablly be taken care of quicker.

I get that message too. I submitted a support ticket earlier and Ibonic said to just wait until it's fixed.

But from what I hear it's been down for over 3 weeks now and it's still not fixed. :frown:

To my knowledge, Unixmad has not returned yet (From a short vacation, i think). It'll most likely be worked on when he returns.

This won't be fixed any time soon. How does it feel to have upgraded to VIP just to wear a guild tag?

If everyone had an attitude like yours, then nothing would ever happen. Do us a favour and shut up; you are annoying and misleading people.

No offense tot he hosting, but i doubt many people get VIP for the hosting, it's mainly for the access to private playerworlds.

Also.. VIP hosting is not only for VIP players.. I have been trying to use it for hosting manarealms.com but I can not :(

You cant host other domains with graal.net hosting. Unlike you Thallen, people like to know what their buying. VIP subscribtion comes with more than hosting.

Keeping GraalOnline up ISNT free. Unixmad and Stefan would like to make a profit. Thats why they went P2P when they did.

I'm sick of people saying things like that, to be honest. I can't understand why people don't appreciate realism, when everyone else here is going to pamper you and say, "oh just wait, Graal Online is ridiculously reliable, and you can be sure it will be online very, very soon." The people who run this game don't care about the players, be serious and stop wantonly defending Graal just because you're not an active player who can experience these kind of things, so you fail to believe it ever occurs. I never try to rude when I say things like this, I am being real.

Try a support ticket, you cant always rely on threads.

Sorry but i was not aware of this and i agree this is ridiculous.

Next time please write to me by Mail or open a support ticket we can fix this in a few minutes.
