Graaleditor.exe/Graalshop.exe

I think that the Graal Editor, RC, and the GraalShop applications should be standalone instead of having to be downloaded by a Graal Client. If I want to work on a level at school, I can't connect to Graal servers and I cannot download the Editor. :( I've tried copying the Graal Folder too, and it doesn't work. x_x x_x

Eh, the entire graal site is blocked off from me at school I tried putting graal on my usb port chip and I used it on the computers at school worked fine but the connection was blocked.

I've tried that, but it's popping errors each time I execute it. I don't have much space on my thumbdrive for my ENTIRE Graal folder, and I don't know what files are required to run Graal (I do know about commands.rtf and the bass.dll)

How about instead of .exe, we make one with a .dmg. Join PFPMDT today!

.exe is the way! I can bypass my schools block by pressing f5 rapidly. <:D

Haha I never tried that one. My old school had the images section of Google blocked, but all you had to do was search for the website "google images" then click the link xD

Besides Bass.dll and Commands.RTF, I can't see the NPC category, or the preset tiles thing. What file(s) are required to run GraalEditor.exe besides Bass.dll and Commands.rtf?

I like that option :D
Or, both would be good, no reason to shut anyone out ;)
And why not trying to put all the graal files (or the necessary ones) on a CD? Not as covert, but it works.

Probably GraalEngine.dll and pics1.png, maybe a graalconfig.txt of sorts.

Admins 05-17-2006 03:51 PM

I would say

FILE GraalEditor.exe
FILE bass.dll
FILE commands.rtf
FILE headsconfig.txt
FILE levels/tiles/pics1.png
FILE tileobjects/objectsCastle.txt
FILE tileobjects/objectsHouse Inside.txt
FILE tileobjects/objectsSnow.txt
FILE tileobjects/objectsStandard.txt
FILE tileobjects/objectsVolcano.txt

for the Editor, and

FILE GraalShop.exe
FILE soundicon.png

for the GraalShop.
There might be some more files you need for actually playing offline, like the ganis. They are still available at http://www.graalonline.com/graal2001/pack_editor/<filename> etc. (you need to type the full path)
