Might make my own server
 

Im thinking about doing my own server, war style kinda like Zone, just more Modern, and with basicly one "HUGE" gmap =]

How you going to do that when you managed to make a grand total of 4-5 levels for Icarus?

Motivation. He'd probably have more toward his own project with his own ideas than working as a lowly cog in a larger machine.

I agree and I have seen some of his work (graphic wise) so I reckon we could be in for a treat. I hated working on other peoples servers, but I did it cause I was bored and I mucked around and done it at a slow pace then I got back into Exodus and finished the OW in like 3 months or something along those lines.

A tip: Before you start your own server, come up with something called ideas. Making a server with basicly one idea "Zoneish War Server with ONE huge map!!", is like burning your money.

But hey, you might have more ideas that we dont know off. :]

If I posted my Ideas, theres a thing called "stealing" =] I would just come up with some random crap, but anyways, if Interested and can NAT GAT LAT w/e (not ET FAQ or GP) PM Me, oh and be good, i dont want no hommos who send me stuff thats "really" basic, I'll post more info in a few weeks if I succeed

Oh and SilentOne1988, you mock me of making so few levels on icarus, when you were considered "Inactive" as a staff member =p, so ****

Ranks

Thinks Such as Private, Corporal and such, Im not much of a Military Person when it Comes to Ranks

Classes/Specialties

Things Like Rifleman,Heavy Rifleman, marksman etc, Specialties will be chosen from the starting (when you're Newb to the server)

Weapons

Links to web pages with Modern Combat Weapons (none of this made up crap)


Gear/Outfits

Your Uniform and such (Helmet, Boots etc)

You realize that there is zone lol. And some kid wanted to start a world war server too.

People with the ability to create a server have their own idea for the best server ever, and probably won't be stealing ideas...

I scripted everything there is on Icarus, I wouldn't call that inactive..
