I'm neutral on this topic but Bhala said that he was going to delete guilds that had the least supporters on the kill date (Wednesday). So I guess even with 11 supporters, it didn't cut it :(

Moogle, as in Moogle Government is copyrighted by SquareSoft.
So if that's allowed, then BMX should be as well.

But... BMX? That doesn't mean anything. Maybe "guys who like BMX" or "BMXaholics" but just "BMX"? A guild shouldn't be named after a sport.

And even then, I have reservations over making something so blatantly real-world.

well i just got the second e-mail from bhala, it said my guild access was denied, this is total crap, i have over 20 supporters and IT IS NOT FRICKEN COPYRIGHTED and he still denied it, what must it take!

But "BMX" is no name for a group. And it's too real-life.

If Final Fantasy, Moogle Government, and Yoshi Tribe are acceptable, I think BMX should be.
Btw, I pulled those three staright off the global guild listing. And I believe, you (Bhala) were the Guild Admin when Final Fantasy and Moogle Government were accepted.

This isn't right. Letting other guilds with copyrighted names have tags and then not letting BMX ( which is NOT copyrighted) is crap.
And I know it has a bunch of supporters. I am one of them.

At least Yoshi Tribe and Moogle Government mean something. They're real names for groups, and work in a roleplaying sense.
