Missing Button

For some reason my Edit/Delete button on the forums isn't showing up anymore...is this happening for everyone or is it just me? !pissed!

it's only not showing up on some parts of the forums, like Zone Staff section and some of the GFX threads -_-

It's just after X amount of time for me, it'll just randomly disappear.
