I like the building but the dirt road needs to be hand done. Pre-defined is always ugly.

1. Generated Paths are a big no no! totaly degrads a level.

2. The buling is a good starter block.. but there is alot of tile errors and the all colours are clashing. There is something about that building depth that just isn't right.. the top half.. but not sure why as yet.

3. Tile error right in the middle of the screen with the trees.

The upper npc tree on the left is WAY too high up.. I mean think of it the way it would be if it were 3D.. there's a tree floating higher than what looks like the 3rd story of a castle.. woah now.

so um ... the predefined sandpath editor makes it look bad .. WHY IS IT THERE?!?! it saves time!!! and ive a big ow to make (i have more talented lats but i want to improve my skills also.)

and what colors clash?

It is there becasue it can help start you off. You can use it, but you need to change it hell of a lot.

It is also very easy, but makes your levels look really bad.

And in exchange you get very ugly roads. ^^

so ... why not make a BETTER editnpc for sand paths?
the editnpc concept is one i like
but the hex or 0x4456 whatever tile code to change them up makes my eyes cross ... i know theres a translation post somewhere out there but i suck at math.
request : can someone post some editnpcs for paths etc. that look good?
