Client help.

Okay I've played Graal for about 3 years now and ever since about 5-6 days ago everytime i open the client my computer freezes. I havent done anything to make it do this but i just bought another gold account to play kingdoms and stuff and its going to waist now. I still have the old graal client not 4 and it will atleast let me open it and stuff but i cant use it. I've tried re-installing it but it doesnt work either if anybody could help me it would help alot.
Thanks.

I am not understanding fully. Is it a problem with the old client (V2), or with the new one (V4)?

If it is with V2, try using V4. You can get that here.

If the problem is with V4, try updating your graphics drivers.

Could you post your graal4console.log ?

underwood 03-17-2006 06:45 PM

How do i do this? sorry.

Inside your Graal folder, there is a file called graal4console.log. If you could attach that file for us, it would help us to diagnose your problem better.

I have added .log as valid file extension.

The log seems to be ok. Some people with Intel cards and bad drivers had similar problems. I am not sure why it suddenly happens to you, but it would still be good to check if you have the latest drivers. What graphics card do you have?

once again how do i check this haha, sorry.

Have you checked if you have the latest drivers?

This thread will assist you in finding out, and installing updated drivers.

underwood 03-20-2006 11:30 PM

Admins 03-22-2006 09:21 PM

You have installed a new driver? Or you have checked and seen that you have the latest driver ?
