Staff on Atlantis
 

First of all: Yes I know, this is not the right place to discuss stuff like im going to do now, but creating support tickets never helped so far, due to incompetent PWAs.

I Have a few questions, about the Playerworld Atlantis. For a sad reason, staff seems to be able to do what they want there?
A friend of mine just got banned for the 4th time, without having a legit reason. Asking zwr (the playerworlds manager) why he banned him, he said "because of the url in his profile". My friends ban-comment is "Manipulating the graal client" tho? Why does he put a false ban comment in? Thats not the first time he was doing something like this...

Two more examples:
Before the new Computer-ID ban method was out, My friend got IP RANGE banned from Atlantis. Since me and him come from the same region, I used the same range he did. I wasn't able to log on Atlantis anymore, and when I tried to talk to zwr about this, he just said something stupid like "mhh lol"... After the new method came out, he messaged me on AIM saying "good news, we can ban VJ (my friend) without banning you with him now".. To be honest that doesnt really sound professional to me :/

The second thing is that he also edited my friends stats for "punishment" once, and according to the global-admins, "punishment" like that is not legit?

Why is this guy manager of a german playerworld anyways? He is dutch, and he can't speak german? That just doesn't make much sense..

Then we got the other "High-Staff" on Atlantis. I think everyone knows that account-sharing is illegal. Why does Stefan tolerate one of the Atlantis Persons giving accounts away? In the last thread about account-sharing, started by Elk, Moonie said "Uh, account sharing is against Graal rules, and accounts are non-transferrable (meaning they cannot be given away)."
Then WHY does Stefan tolerate what that person is doing on Atlantis? She is guilty in at least 6 cases of that? Why isn't she banned yet, and why is she even allowed to have a high staff position?

I hope I can get some answers this time, since Malinko seems to be too busy to answer support tickets.

Elk, as far as I know Nitribit also took your old account "janett01" or something, and gave it to another person altho YOU paid for it?

I also think she gave some random accounts out, of people that left graal but actually paid for the accounts?

I totally agree with Vintersorg. Other Accounts get global banned what are shared. If I tell a Staff that this person is sharing his accounts the don't do anything. The system of Atlantis is a "chaos" to be honest.

There are like 10 GPs and the Server has only ~10 Players a Day, even less. I am Staff there, but I'm really not in the mood to work there's a system like that. The High-Staffs do what they want.

I also agree with Vintersorg about the Manager "zwr" even if he's been Manager for a long time now, he isn't really managing the server right. There should be a new Manager of course. I have nothing against dutch but the Server needs a new Manager. The High-Staff is hiring only incompetent Staffs and one of the High-Staff, Devil (Shinchi14 or so) has 3 positions; FAQ Asst. Admin, GP Captain and Events Admin. Now I ask myself why has he got those positions? He didn't get voted for sure, even if there's a voting system on Atlantis for things what should be changed. The Staff says that there will be a new overworld and stuff for more like 2 months I guess. And even I can't see it. Seems strange to me.

I'm a good GFX and they don't actually deserve me at all, but I just want to help them. If they can't handle right with my GFX, I'm gonna quit there. Years ago there were like ~120 Players on Atlantis, look at it now. It got bad and the players (most of them are newbies) got bad also...they act like they are playing for like 1000 years etc. And to the like 10 GPs, why does Atlantis need that much GPs for like 10 players? Oh god they are just abusing rights and jailing people for discussing on Mass Message. To the abusing, almost all Staffs on that Server are abusing their rights. And most of them are multiple Staffs with more rights.

I am a full GFX and I don't even have warp rights and not even Remote Cotrol on Atlantis. My opinion to this Server is, that it got so bad that player don't want to play on it anymore because it became bored and you only get insulted. I'm one of the most hated persons on Atlantis only because I am homosexual. They are mass messaging Nudephotos of myself. Hackers don't even get jailed because the GPs only idle. It's a good thing that Nitribit is doing transactions like Smalllars does but it's not okay to give out Accounts.

There's a Newbie on Atlantis called Resident Evil. He has the Account xXJohnXx for example whos leader was John, a player from Atlantis. The Newbie has almost 3400 Hours or so and he is showing off with his stats. That's a bit retarded in my view. Things on Atlantis need to be changed as fast as possible. I don't want to leave the Server because I'm playing there since I exist and that's a long time. The Global Staff has to intervene to this problem. 2/3 of the Atlantis players have problems with the Staff and the Staff just jail them for actually no acceptable reason. Once I got jailed for telling a staff my opinion about him. I said "you're a bad staff" and he jailed me, even when I am GFX. Most of them don't even warn you.

Atlantis is a whole new world. No one can do anything about anything they do except maybe Stefan.

Vintersorg, to answer your question, why he got the ban reason Manipulating the Graal Client:

I belive his comments were soooo long that the local Staff wanted to ban him life time so they had to use one of those Reasons: Hacking or Account Sharing.
And when you chose "Hacking" it says "Manipulated the Graal Client"
There is no other option to ban someone lifetime so they had to chose one of them.

To your other points I agree.
Account Sharing is illegal (See the rules) but somehow the German Ppl are allowed to do it..Well why are english players get banned for announcing something like that out ?

Support tickets do get looked at, and answered. If you cannot get anywhere with the pw staff, then I suggest you make a support ticket.
