Ban of Konidias

Unixmad just globally banned Konidia's for saying Customer support is horrible. Konidia's Handled all the support tickets alone for 2 months when it first started. ... LOL No wonder customer support is horrible, He globally ban's his free help. That is doing the customer support. Way to go guys.??? You wanna work on that attitude? Konidias has been banned for personal attacks, i will not copy all messages but the last one just show how far he was going.
Konidias speaking about me: "If you're content with your mediocrity then by all means, don't let me stand in your way. " Konidias has never handled customer support for us for more than a few weeks(4 year ago), we have hired him (and has been paid) and he has given up after only a few weeks saying he can't find motivation and energy to work from home. So when he speak about bad customer support he is probabbly speaking about the poor work he has done 4 year ago replying to support ticket. All of you that have contacted our customer support known that we do our best to reply very quickly,we reply to support tickets in less than 1 day (including week-end) and we resolve 100% of the tickets when customer reply to our questions. |
Customer support hasn't been to good to me but whatever I'm not getting involved with something I could care less about.

Overall, my experience with Graal customer support has been great. They've helped me with various account issues. And have answered any questions I've had; all in a timely manner.
The only thing I can really complain about is that they haven't been able to reset my SQL password for my webhosting (which hasn't really bothered me .... yet). |

To finish about Konidias he will be banned for the week-end only and we will give him a warning. Next time it will be a permanent ban.
