My views on the reconstruction.

After being Kingdoms developer awhile back, I realized the amount effort that the staff could bare. You can't expect much from staff who work for the mere enjoyment of making a change. People have lives and they need to tend to them at some point during the day. So I was thinking; maybe the developers need to bring their plans out to the public. Not only for criticism and possible revisions, but to ask for help from those dying to see progress.

For example, Gryff could set out his expectations for a given region of the overworld, and describe them as vividly as possible. Freelancers can then take up on what they think they can handle and submit their work to him. He'll take what he likes and put it on display so that other freelancers can use it as a guide for future expansions. As the levels and scripts for them begin to accumulate, the public could have viewing privilages of them. That way they can lend a hand, even if they only submit a single level.

This could also lead to new means of recruiting talented lans and would help reduce the favoritism involved in hiring them to begin with. Comments?

This could be accomplished through a seperate, development website possibly.
