Well zone has once again gotten extremly laggy for me x_x i can't take a step w/o freezing or having everyone else freeze...and my settings for f3 are still the same as they were, when i wasn't lagging as bad :frown: it might be because of some update? :confused: or it might just be my comp...x_x but anyway, is anyone else having this problem?? cause until i figure out how to fix it i ain't gonna be on...and i already wasn't on very often, so uhhhh...don't plan to see me on, il'l probly log on every now and then to see if the lags fixed, but other than that i'll be at the gym, or kickin it with friends :eek:

Can you give us some information?

Processor, video card, operating system, etc...?

I'm not sure if desktop color is the problem anymore with Graal v4 but try setting your desktop colors to 16 rather than other numbers. :o

well uh, i'm not good with computers or w/e...so can't really give any info lmao...the last 'video card' i think is what it was, looks like a blue square in the bottom right of the start menu thing...ummm my 'color quality' is 'medium (16 bit)' but it can go to 'highest (32 bit)'...should i put it on 32??

uh last christmas (not the christmas that just passed, the one b4 that) and i'll go to what ever sites i want to ;) lol...i don't really play much as it is, so it's not really effecting me...i was gonna quit, until i found out i still had a yr and like 4 days left x_x and it'd be a waste of money to just quit now...so i'll just start gettin on every now a then...and i did put it on that highest thing...and got on zone and it was runnin fine...but now my interents down...(we have wireless) and i've connected to one of my neighbors connections lmao so uhhh i'm laggy again, until my interents back up x_x

What are you running? Windows 3.1? That version that I just learned from my teacher came out 10 years ago?

but seriously....lol...i dont lag on zone....but sayian i think its a general thing with the servers

i lag on zodiac and unholy nation.....and probably others if i checked

thing is...i only lag like....for example...if i see this 1 person, i lag, but if im not in the same room, i dont lag, but that is random, its not that persons fault

i think that the lag will stop when v4 is more complete...or fixed or w/e

cause...if you havent lagged on zone or any other server you played on...check em all...im sure youll lag on atleast 1 badly

Are you using Windows XP? I'm assuming that if your computer is only a year old that it is.

Anyway, go to:

Start -> right click "My Computer" -> Properties

If you're in the general tab, look under "computer" on the bottom of the window and tell me what your processor is and how much RAM you have.

Once you've noted that, go to:

Hardware tab -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters

Note what it's using (Video Card or integrated graphics) and post everything I told you to look for.

On a serious note, update your GFX drivers. It always helps.
