Kingdom Control
Somewhat modelled after the global guild system.

• Players can request citizenship (and withdraw their requests), and leave a kingdom.
• Higher-ups use the CP to approve/deny requests, set/change ranks and set/change payouts for each level.

(NOTE: These aren't actual kingdom names. Also info window will display a screenshot for each kingdom).
