Lighting Effects and Loading Heads
 

On Windows 98, disabling lighting effects has done nothing for me.
On Windows XP and on 98, disabling the heads on the playerlist and minimap also seems not to affect anything.

They don't disable. It's an option to scripts to choose whether you see the lights or not.

The option for not drawing heads on playerlist should work better in the next version
