Quests broken again

Over the past week I've seen 5 or 6 quests where the NPC gets placed in deepwater or on unreachable black tile in the haunted house. Clearly the NPCs have stopped performing checks to ensure that they're on valid tiles (possibly a consequence of the new tileset? Though I don't see why it would be.)

I saw one inside the Dustari castle walls also, kind of annoying.

Oh, you mean the Dustari Castle walls that are missing their towers? Or do you mean the glob of unidentifiable building next to that?

I checked it. I saw only some tiles instead of the castle.

Has anyone noticed the escorts are not at the location stated by the NPC person?

I've also been noticing the NPC's have been getting misplaced. Generally, they're not in the places the NPC tells you. This makes it very hard to train people on the quests, and even doing the quests yourself. When you do find somebody, you pretty much have to take them to ever NPC to figure out who they belong to.
That's what I've noticed, anyways. |
Myself and Mech (yeah, I know...) were both on Zormite the other day searching the Northeast for a doohickey door quest person, we searched for a solid half our, both of us with over 4.2 speed, and could not find the guy. I have a hunch they were not there at all.
