Activity: Collaboration (#02)

Take2! For those who didn't see the previous one, it's here: http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...6&page=1&pp=20

Basically the same idea:
  • There are 64 squares, with 63 remaining.
  • Please respect the surrounding squares and join up unfinished patterns/objects
  • Avoid using really big objects that will take many squares to fill
  • You can do more than one square, but not in a row (i.e: Do 1 > Wait for someone else > Do 1)
  • Do not forget to attach the graal file, as well as a screenshot
  • If you feel the need, explain what your square is/was/going to be apart of
  • Pick a white or black square, and fill in detail, take a screenshot (ALT+1) when in game play, then upload that and the graal file as a forum attachment.

This level is one of those inside levels where the house outsides can also be seen and form part of the walls, so continue the house around the edges to make the walls, and you can do some grass detail at the front - as for what goes in the house - you decide! (Maybe we could do one of those 'playerhouse' type houses, where there are lots of little rooms inside the house, that way more people could directly help make a room!)

I think you're killing the whole collaboration idea. Out of the past month there's been like 5. It's too common now. Someone has to think up something original.

I think they are gonna kill my eyes with this collab lol...but true I didnt expect it to be this common.

excaliber7388 02-14-2006 02:17 AM

Like i said earlier, I like it (except the script ones, thats a bit odd) It would be kinda cool to make a mini quest or event or maybe even a mini world with these collaborations.

Darlene159 02-15-2006 04:28 PM

No one is going to do anymore? =(

excaliber7388 02-15-2006 05:34 PM

i didn't feel like doing it a few times in a row, XD its a collab, so i figured, let other people do some too XD

Spark910 02-17-2006 07:10 PM

I got busy but will begin filling some in next week!

xAndrewx 02-17-2006 08:49 PM

Idea: make a gmap of 60 or so levels, then create a town / overworld collab'.

I desided to try to push this along a bit ^^
Also fixed an error that would have made the view of the inside of the house look bad. (corner of the right side of the building removed, I din't completey change it though)

Who cares?
It's fun to see what we come up with when it is finished, with everyones different styles, dont be so negative :frown:

DARKVILLIN 03-10-2006 12:53 PM

heh i wasnt too excited about the house that you can see the inside of, hints why i did the treestump table lol. but anyways...if you think about it. this is just like making a small overworld...on an overworld most servers have more than one LAT working on it--maybe not all with the same style. so in essence this is the same thing...

Thats basically what I meant by that. I wasn't excited about the house either and I figured since that's the center of the level it would look bad in the end.

excaliber7388 03-11-2006 02:30 AM

You can make the house smaller ;)
