Offline Level Editor
When will the offline level editor be realeased for Windows? And will it have support for GS2 scripts?
|
Uhm... It already exists?
|
C:\Graal Folder\GraalEditor.exe
And no, it does not support GS2 scripts. |
In addition, there are no plans at all for an offline editor made that supports GS2
|
In addition-addition, they never even started an editor for V4, all i've heard was an "Online" level editor, which has been wanted for like..2 years now.
|
noo i meant on V4 on the bottom right where it says offline editor x.x

That level has been in Graal since a number of v2 versions ago. |
Then why has that msg not have been removed? O_o;
|
personally, I think an offline editor would rock :| you try to tell people to use GS2, but theres very few ways to learn if you don't have a server. even with a server, who wants to test stuff on their own server, it be easier (well, for us anyway) to have an offline v4 editor, that supports gs2 and gs1

Too bad, I'd really like an offline level editor...because yeah, I got some ideas I'd like to play with without paying a hundred dollars for a server on which to try it out...Oh well.
Hm...eeps, nevermind. I had an idea but it was the worst idea ever; a single-player server/editor, that'd get hacked before it was even all the way uploaded. Perhaps a week-pass server? Pay $5 (sorry, there always has to be money involved) to develop things? You get a total of 100 hours of servertime, you can upload stuff, test it, back it up, then shut down the server again... |
