Well, since I would like to introduce new visual arts into the Graphics Design forum, here are some photos I've done. The B/W are from a 35mm SLR, and were taken for a project.

You'll notice a few of them are quite a lot alike. They are different, so look closely. Tell me which you prefer of the couples.

These are digital photographs I took.

I really like the first photos, simplistic and interesting.
The second ones just make me want to tour the world, nice work.
Also, nice sketch on the paper.

I feel bad now. I don't own a camera.

one time i worked with this guy at a tech store, and he was a ladies man, and he took some ...interesting... photos of the ladies doing/wearing/not wearing certain things and showed them to the other staff and his parents took his phone away

Haha, No I didn't. You're sticking up for your brother online. How cool are you? Also, nobody necessarily asked for an opinion before he posted, so no, nobody asked him. If he's going to give criticism here, it might as well be constructive.

It's not really a big deal. I'm aware that I didn't ask for anyone's opinion. I'm aware that he gave me his without previously being asked - but I expected as much when I posted. Besides, all he said was "I don't like them"...

Except that, y'know, you did.

No, I said that I had posted two sets of similar pictures and asked which of the sets were superior.

I really like the third one on the natural photos, very nice framing.

And he said that he didn't like any of them, which answered your question. Similarly, you did ask for opinions because "which is superior" is subjective.

But I am glad that you are willing to deal with the criticism.

I will say that I like them all. The top ones might be good inspiration for a graphic logo design, as you could use very simply black and gray lines to portray the same image, then put some fitting styled text in there for whatever the text should say.
