The solution needs to be this, Stefan and Unixmad need to shape up graal, first, by fireing all the lower rcs with not that much expereance for using it, now, Mr. Bear and Gemo and Olorin , and Loriel have the most expereance, they know how to handle the "Big Picture" on graal, they know how you people think and act, Those staff should form a commity, with mettings regularly and the abliuty to hire people though a lenthy prosses, first those people must submmit certain level, npcs, gfx, and exsibit their talents and their talents, there should be a npc that filters out ad language in game and in pms, making the player not able to speak for 5-10 min, 2ed, there should be an age requirement, 14+, and even after that they have to be tested for emotinal maturity and the ablity to handle and mange complex situations, there should be no plaer staff, such as ET unless gone though the prosses, there should be more no pk zones to elimanate disturbances and hastles, and tehre should be a more ovious rules on the graal2001 web page stating the consiquences for their actions, I am sick and tired of all the biccaring on the boards, you modarators have gotten it out of hand, fix it who cares if they hate you if you close a thread, you know that yyou are doing your job, now, you also have to make sure that the staff is working, I have not seen any 1 big project done, just small little improvements by stefan, and finaly, there should not be any proposals to remove staff, servers, or anyother things, Stefan has the final say in everyting, AND players seem to think that the rules will be bent just for them, staff needs to be hard working, not just sitting on their rc all day, they need to be responsible, ant to at least spend 4 hours a day on graal, this is what should happen, Stefan knows who to hire, and I hope this will help change somthing, if someting like this does not go into effect, I fear that graal, I fear that no one will pay for graal anymore, and that it will just be another diablo game where you just kill, and nothing more.

Hi, I am older then Olorin, Gameo, and Mr. Bear in gral years. I have also had RC since 1.2. Beat that for experience.

I personally believe that you are incorrect. Your assumptions are made upon an overly idealistic power structure which presumes obedience by all of its members.

Regardless of how much he can code, Stefan is not automatically a wise and all knowing guy. In fact, he is just as fallible as anyone. Perhaps moreso because he has to manage all of this society bs on top of his working.

The rules for Graal were once posted under the 'Rules and Regulations' section of the police page. If it gets anymore clear than that, well then it would have to be on a popup everytime you log into graal.

Another assumption you have made is that all of these people will work happily and hard without pay or some other form of recompense. It simply will not happen. Either they will take the power and use it for their own gain on top of just having it for working, or they will become exhausted and begin to feel disillussioned and quit. Its a simple fact of human nature that has permeated every attempt at perfection which has ever existed.

In other words, that system simply cannot work outside of a perfect world or damn near close.

lol, there are about 5 people who have Graal and are 11 or 12, and I'm one of them. I know there are more people who are 13 that play Graal, but it wouldn't be fair to the minority over here to make it 14+..
I do agree with the staff thing, since I'm not staff and I spend 15+ hours on Graal some days!

Right now, the only thing I can come to a solid agreement on is the staff age rule. I have seen way too many players that are 10-13, and sometimes even younger, that are too immature or aren't very responsible. And many of them don't seem to fully understand the responsibilities and risk of having a job. Consider this, do you see children that are 12 years old or younger working for businesses?

If graal is in so bad shape now that it needs to be reshaped, who says the 'expierence' these people have will be of help in it? if the bad part is the admins, leadership, etc, and your picking the ones that have been there the most
