This thread was created to request ideas from the GraalOnline community about the Underconstruction playerworld, Shangri-La.

It could be a future official GraalOnline project.

Please put possible ideas the playerworld could have which may have potential. Remember, the playerworld is aimed for "fun" and the name means "paradise".

Well... someone could come along and try to gfx like shawn it just wont be the same without him though....

Put it in the hands of GraalOnline and have people send in ownership applications. Require that their teams be pre-assembled. If there is a promising looking person with a promising looking team give them development rights over the playerworld. I would have the PWA monitor Shagri-La a bit closer than other playerworlds though.

What a pickle...

It def. needs to be finished, he has started one of the best servers I have ever seen. Finish it.

I normally hate Modern PWs, like Era for instance. This is different though, its great. DN offers any support.

There could be a comitee..
Everyone could send ideas and gfx/levels example to that comitee and they pick out the best stuff => community work.

Shawn owned it with ME. I bought Shangri-La for him. He said if I bought it, he would build it. And he did an awesome job. I didn't want ANYONE else running it but him. But it seems I don't have a choice anymore. But the ownership is mine, please don't take that away from me..

No one can really take it away from you, since you are the owner.

Good. We do need a LOT of help now. But you can't remove anything Shawn added. That includes the pinwheels & the balloons. He said they were pretty and they're staying. He was planning on making Sky World the main part of the server, that's where he put all of his effort the past couple of weeks..
But we're open to new ideas...because I don't know what else he wanted.

And I'm not going to be kicked out of my position on this playerworld. I've been a part of it since pretty much the beginning. For four months so far I have been on almost every day to work.

If you bought the server it is your content. However, I advise you to do it yourself, do not let anyone influence your judgement. He would want it the way he made it.

I change my position. I did not know that the server was actually purchased by somebody else. I believe it should stay in the hands of Faygolette.

Well, an "official" project would mean Stefan would be helping I guess. Such as Classic, Kingdoms, and Zone. I guess Era falls under the same because he was apart of it. It wouldn't be taken from Madrox, but it would just be one of those, "please help me out" sort of things.

I still don't see what all the hype is about. I feel like I'm in Wallmart - walkways are too crowded.

Shawn had good ideas. But, the actual content on Shangri-La doesn't seem to me to be anything unique. I don't understand why Malinko would even be considering the idea of making it an official Graalonline project.

Maybe because the person who put their sweat and blood into making Shangri-La is supposidly dead. I say supposidly as i never believe anything without hard proof, and things these days can always be faked.

But seeing as hes dead to graal now, its making his work not a waste, and it does have potential, you dont waste that.

Just because Shawn is "DEAD" is no reason for his server to be elevated. It seems to me that that is more the reason Malinko talks highly of it than for its content.

I sound a bit more harsh than I mean to.

How can you say that it isn't unique?
