zim5354 01-20-2006 05:06 AM

Aknts 01-20-2006 05:56 AM

When I got my server it only took like 3 months so they are pretty quick.

From the looks of things you might be better off rowing over to France in a dinghy, hiking to the CyberJourer office, and clicking the 'accept' button yourself. :P

Honestly though I've never purchased a playerworld so I don't know. :)

Eh? Registering a playerworld takes awhile. However, paying for it after it's accepted should be fairly quick -- Edge was put up within 30 minutes of paying for it.

No. As far as I know the playerworld setup system is automated now.

Nevermind, I am stupid =( It's up hehe.

mine was active in less then 3 minutes. Well, Abyssal was never really active, yet Cyberjourers had no issues with taking my money and not restoring lost time!

I don't remember you contacting us x-x We have restored time several times when the owner of a playerworld had problems with connecting or similar

As opposed to laughing in fake life? >_<

And yeah, the playerworld acceptance process is pretty much automatic - the only manual parts are the clearing the old servers or adding new one (e.g: the automation process will only recycle x amount of servers) so if all those are used up and it's trying to add another it'll get into a mess and require the be manually added and some more too, to prevent this problem for a while.

This doesn't happen much, only sometimes - and mostly it happened at the start when the demand was unknown.

But that didn't happen for me. I lost 4 months of development time, Ibonic eventually fixed it for me right about when the server expired. Plus, I opened up 7 tickets on the matter, even posted about one in a thread and how it had a ridicoulous one month submit time with no actions taken, I forum PMed you so many times about it, etc. But it didn't happen, and I pissed away 56 dollars.
