I sent the letter on new years day but i still didnt recieve my subscrition.

Yes, create a support ticket with the purchase reciept you should have gotten in your email.

Just to add, you said ''letter'' - If you did it via paybycash.com and sent a postal payment then: (1) Your postman has to send it to them (2) They have to open it process it (3) They have to send to the bank (4) Bank must process it (5) Bank must confirm it's valid (6) Paybycash has to tell us it's valid (7) We have to process it (8) You're upgraded.

Depending on your location, that sort of process could take 1-3 weeks!

Compared to: (1) Enter CC details (2) Super fast confirmation - which takes 1-3minutes.
