Downloading: Graal4.exe

Ever since the release of Graal 4.03 revision 3, when I run Graal, it downloads the exe again. It only happens about once a day. >_<

Right click on your 'updatepackages' folder, click Properties, and make sure the 'Read-Only' checkbox is not checked. Also do the same thing for the 'localversions.txt' file that is in that folder.
